MARRIOTT FAIRFIELD INN & SUITES

New construction of a 84-room 2-story all-suites hotel with extensive meeting rooms and food service facilities constructed over underground parking garage. Includes subsequent renovations.


BEST WESTERN INN CAPTIOLA

New construction of a 3-story 54-room all-suite hotel and conference facility. Includes meeting rooms, lobby, pool and full site development. Includes subsequent meeting room & breakfast room renovations.


BEST WESTERN INN WATSONVILLE

New construction of a 2-story 43-room hotel with lobby, pool and full site development. Custom design hotel on complex site. Includes renovations.


DREAM INN SANTA CRUZ*

Major renovation to existing 10 story, 165-room, 4-star, boutique-style, Joie De Vivre Hotel Group, restaurant/bar, kitchen, meeting rooms.


TERRACE COURT MOTEL & RETAIL*

2,200 sf retail improvements under existing 42-room motel.

PALOMAR HOTEL RECONSTRUCTION

Urban planning and construction of a pedestrian-oriented promenade, special events, landscaped outdoor urban gathering space created from former Stoesser service alley, parking lots, and vacant parcels.


RIVERBLUFF PARK CONCESSIONS

New 2,000 sf food concession building in new ceres Riverbluff Regional Park, with public restrooms and park storage areas. Heavy timber.


CALLAGHAN PARK RECREATION

New construction of recreation building at Callaghan park.


AIRPORT (GOLF) DRIVING RANGE
